Everything was first-class during the stay!

I booked large and fashionable room with a lovely view and the extra amenities and a modern renovated bathroom. The hotel had a central setting to the Times Union event center.

The room was spotlessly clean and huge and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The room was protected with safe.

We didn't like that there was service missing.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, spotless and practical rooms. Amazing design of it. Marvellous location close to a nice restaurant close by and nightlife and the museum and Arts Centre, could not be better.

Marvellous location near all nearby attractions and restaurants and a nice restaurant close by and the central Albany. For tea or coffee visit Ria's Bistro & Bakery nearby.

The hotel was nice and absolutely brilliant in general, had good staff at check-out. The room we stayed in was immaculate and fabulous with nice decor, a wonderful shower and a beautiful view of downtown Albany. Had supper in a casual restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room design was upscale and chic, reminding us of a European boutique hotel. The property was impeccable, with a warm and welcoming staff. The hotel facilities were ultra cool, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was huge and clean, and the location was great, right across the street from the capital and in the center of a vibrant nightlife. The hotel also offered convenient parking and was close to the Downtown Albany area and the Convention Center. The breakfast was good, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel is an excellent home base for a trip in Albany. Its rooms are a nice size with 2 Queen beds, a modern renovated bathroom, a lovely view as advertised. Also, the location is convenient, minutes from a huge museum.

The hotel is impecable, beds are exceptionally comfortable, bathroom is reasonably spacious. The room is beautiful and there are lovely views. The venue is placed in a central position in Downtown. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Location: the hotel was not far from the New York State Capitol, all nearby attractions and the Empire State Plaza. Spent a nice evening at Charter Restaurant, located near the venue. The rooms were huge especially in the area to make coffee and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.
